It is my mum's 80th Birthday today. for 10 o'clock tea she cut her cake. I had a slice of vanilla and strawberry birthday cake. At 251 calories for that piece. I had that for breakie with a cuppa tea. It was so worth it! Happy 80th Birthday to her!

I am so happy the weight is steadily coming off. I am keeping up with counting every calorie, exercising and eating dinner at 5pm. Today, I am so glad I am headed in the right direction to my goal.

Decided to make 144gms of boneless chicken and a cup of steamed frozen vegetables. It's been raining and much cooler in Nairobi, I am not enjoying cold garden salads right now.
