Food goal saturday: decaf! usu but smaller cereal w more flax seed; fish, collard-beet greens lunch; nectarine, coffee smoothie dinner. Kids can have waffles for bfast, ham sandwich and cottage cheese for lunch, cereal for dinner, fruit, cheese sticks, crunchels for snacks; smoothie for dessert w me.

Yesterday my body was ahead of me, knowing I was getting sick with something, so it forced me to eat butt-ton of calories in the form of ice cream I wouldn't have eaten otherwise. Since I'd kind of been starving it of calories for the past few days, my body decided to force my hand to fight off illness. I ate, slept, took medicine, and feel better better today. No more ice cream breakdowns - for another two weeks, anyway!

Saturday goal food: veggies for breakfast; ants on a log for lunch; chx salad wrap for dinner. Prepare but don't eat mushroom farro soup (for me Sunday), ice cream for kids, along w family dinner. Have a yogurt smoothie while kids eat the ice cream. That worked for me tonight.
