Since I'm stunned that the scale says I actually gained weight since I started counting calories, I decided I would go ahead and make this as difficult as I possibly could (since it's it's obviously going to be worse than I imagined) and put a goal weight of being really thin, which would be idyllic and make me happy beyond belief to attain: 120 lbs. Hilarious! My FatSecret won't even let me enter 120# as a goal weight based on my height! It says it is too low and I should seek the advice of a medical professional doctor before dieting. I click "ok," but it won't let me save this goal weight/journal entry.
