Trying to finish it
Hey! Wow.. that is a HUGE accomplishment, congrats! That's awesome! It's always hard to lose weight once it start slowing down and becomes more work. I came on here because I gained a lot of weight while pregnant and then 30lbs of it disappeared in just under 2 weeks but now the last 20 lbs is SO hard to kick off.
I think being part of a community of people who are doing the same thing as you really helps
I'd recommend trying the challenges, those are the most fun for me so far.

What aches and pains do you endure and how do you alleviate them?
I do yoga, ibuprofen, hot water bottle where it hurts, or change up my sleeping situation, like adding pillows or even changing beds. I'm not sure what causes it, but I'd be broke if i went to the doctor every time my back ached! Stretching should do the trick with most pains though.
I have a lot of back issues right now because I just had a baby, and the pregnancy and the epidural and carrying my toddler and newborn make for a crap time with my back.
