i gained 20 pounds since i met my husband almost 8 years ago, and i have no kids of my own. New Years eve was my waking point where i couldn't find anything to wear with out "muffin topping" over the pants. I cried and cried and said I was just going to wear sweats. Thats when I said I was going to drop the 20lbs and keep it off till at least august or sept, when I'm ready to get preggo.
