plateau
I started the Fat Smash diet and tomorrow is day 90 for me. I fell off of it and gained 7 lbs in a week. How do I get over this plateau that I have hit? I have about 10 lbs to reach my goal. I lost 8 lbs in the first 9 days and am now stuck again. I have been giving in to temptations way too much. I wokout at the gym 5 days a week plus I workout at home doing the Power 90 and PX90.
