Set back. started Christina's shakes, and noticed I spent more time snacking in front of the tv. Time to stop eating anything but celery, avacados, spicy hummus, and the shakes.

After doing a wonderful 30-day challenge diet with protein shakes for January, and only dropping down to 150.4, I think it's time to get more agressive about diet and exercise.
