After doing a wonderful 30-day challenge diet with protein shakes for January, and only dropping down to 150.4, I think it's time to get more agressive about diet and exercise.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
