10 Weeks to Better Health
They say that the 3rd time is the charm, well this is my 3rd round of beginning a healthier me! I have lost weight twice before in my 62 years of living ...90 lbs the first time and 70 lbs. the second time. I am now retired from teaching school with the rest of my life to enjoy with a new man. I am a divorced widow. It took 20 years to find David whose wife died 2 years ago. He wants me healthy and a more sexier me! I have closets of clothes I have not worn and I have to do this now. I did Optifast and HMR before and it worked well for me. I want to do Low Carb shakes, soups for the beginning and add food in a few weeks. I really like the recipes I found here and the website. I have joined the gym and will go 5 days a week for the next 3,months. Any tips are appreciated about the sight! Spring is around the corner!
