I wish there were a more accurate way to know how many calories I burn at work. I mean, I work retail... so I'm always on my feet and sometimes I'm moving and carrying heavy boxes. I just always guestimate by putting slow walking for most of the time, and hour of housework for end of night cleaning, and 15 minutes of deskwork for closing. Is that the best I can do, or does someone have a more accurate way of calculating this for their "exercise."
Since Saturday, I've been consistently losing weight, though less and less each day. Hopefully I am able to fix that before the 1st to reach my short term goal on my way to my primary goal. 7.6 pounds to be officially UNDER 170 (so 169.9 or less) I really, really want this. I want my fiance to look at me and say, wow! you've lost weight! Or at least notice and be more attracted to me (even though he says he is anyway.) Goodness, I have a long ways to go before the wedding. 37.5lbs ideally, or 27.5lbs to reach my primary goal. 40lbs is sooooo daunting!! Diet and exercise, diet and exercise, diet and exercise.

*NEED INPUT!!* So to boost my motivation, I've decided to start taking Green Coffee Extract and Raspberry Ketones for the first month or so of going back to the gym so I'm more encouraged to go to the gym with the extra weight loss... assuming it works, I mean it's not FDA approved that it facilitates weight loss, minimal-no impartial/independent studies have been done to prove results or side effects. I really hope it works on me. The Green Coffee Extract was the main component in a supplement package my father-in-law took and he lost 20lbs in one month and he didn't change his diet or lifestyle (he doesn't work out and spends most of his workdays driving.) I sincerely hope the same for me (except I'll be eating smaller portions than before, and actually going to the gym) so that I'll have a jump start on my wedding-weight goal. If anyone is reading this, have you used either of the above supplements? How did they work for you?
