I wish there were a more accurate way to know how many calories I burn at work. I mean, I work retail... so I'm always on my feet and sometimes I'm moving and carrying heavy boxes. I just always guestimate by putting slow walking for most of the time, and hour of housework for end of night cleaning, and 15 minutes of deskwork for closing. Is that the best I can do, or does someone have a more accurate way of calculating this for their "exercise." Since Saturday, I've been consistently losing weight, though less and less each day. Hopefully I am able to fix that before the 1st to reach my short term goal on my way to my primary goal. 7.6 pounds to be officially UNDER 170 (so 169.9 or less) I really, really want this. I want my fiance to look at me and say, wow! you've lost weight! Or at least notice and be more attracted to me (even though he says he is anyway.) Goodness, I have a long ways to go before the wedding. 37.5lbs ideally, or 27.5lbs to reach my primary goal. 40lbs is sooooo daunting!! Diet and exercise, diet and exercise, diet and exercise.
