Alright, so sore from moving I can barely go up or down stairs. So fiance decided we'll go on Thursday. (I hate my work schedule.) AND I went to the doctor to switch off of the shot and my primary care doc wouldn't write me an effing script until he consulted a gyno about my migraines... I worked pharmacy 4 years, I've done med interactions, I KNOW the risks with migraines, I've been on the pill with the approval of a neurologist monitoring my migraines... so now I'm not on ANY birth control until he gets hold of the gyno. I just want to be protected from pregnancy and not gain a bunch of weight from the method I use (I don't trust condoms, spermicide, etc.) Bleagh, I'm weak (not going to the gym) and screwed (jerk doctor.) I need to get my shit together. (Sorry for the rant.)

I really don't understand. I was moving for 6 hours yesterday, like packing boxes and hauling them to a different location moving. I'm sore as hell, ate WAY fewer Cal than I took in and STILL gained a pound. I'm starting a new challenge today 5lbs a week for 8 weeks. I REALLY need this for my wedding. Losing 40 puts me at my max ideal wedding weight. Here's to losing hopefully 1lb for tomorrow! I've got one more obligation this morning, then I'm dragging DF to the gym with me to sign up for membership and get a workout in.

What the H sauce? I'm always burning more Cal than I take in, I cut out alcohol, did my body go into starvation mode? Gotta fix this. So clearly didn't make my goal to be 177 by Saturday, so I am going to have to (literally) work my ass off to get under 170 by next Saturday... I work 22.5 more hours this week, but that never seems to have an effect on how much I lose or gain. Officially will be off "the shot" tomorrow and back on "the pill" tomorrow, so hopefully that facilitates at least a little more weight loss. I moved for 6 hours today, so that was plenty of a workout. Tomorrow I might actually have time to get to the gym during staffed hours so I can start my membership. *fingers crossed*

Fricken' still waiting until a day when I can get to the 24 hour gym during staffed hours to get a membership because this morning I am up WAY too early and could really use a workout. I freaking hate being awake this morning because I'm always suuuuper hungry. It's the only time of day I crave terribly bad food (a.k.a fast food breakfasts which are like twice my daily calorie allowance).
Also, had under 700 calories yesterday and only managed to lose 0.2lbs, yet another reason I need to get that gym membership. I'm so sick of dieting, taking those supposed "miracle" raspberry ketones and green coffee extract, but not being able to go to a frickin' gym. I despise running, am really bad at aerobics without an instructor (plus I live on the second floor of my building), I need my gym!!!! Guhhhhh. Morning rant. Sorry.
Goal weight tomorrow: 177 or less. Really need to make my goal weight of under 170 by a week from today, super scared with all the work and moving... it's either going to help because I'll be doing stuff all the time next week or it's going to ruin me because I'll have no time to get to the gym. Calorie cutting, walking when I can, and doing as much manual labor while moving as possible is my game plan for the next 7.5 days is my game plan.
