I am currently a Home Health Homemaker but I am seeking a permanent position as a Medical Billing and Coder or in the HIM field. I am currently taking classes to obtain an Associates Health Information Management program and RHIT certificate. I am also working toward my Masters to obtain a Health Administration degree. When I began taking the HIM classes I began to learn a lot about the human organs and how they maintain their strength and work well, and it has a lot to do with our diet and exercise so I am working on it!

Newbie!
It does keep you on track! I love that I can document my calories, in my journal and have buddies! I wished I would have ate something different than what I did tonight for dinner because I feel I have blown my dinner for tonight, since I only have 500 calories. Sad I'll try again tomorrow and won't eat any more of those stupid wraps.
