2014 - Time for a change in eating. Since I am not hungry in the morning I will do a low sodium soup in the morning. I packed my weeks worth of low sodium soups for lunch w/rice crackers for work. Will snack on a apple around 3:00ish. Dinner will be some type of protein meat or fish with cooked veggies. The weekend I will allow myself a glass of red wine. Lots of bottled water throughout the day. I will be wearing my pedometer each day to get my steps up and I just incorporated half squats, push ups, and sit ups in my every other day routine. Sounds like a Plan!!

Help! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
You sound like you are doing most things right. You will probably have to cut out the diet red bull, diet sodas and diet powerade. I am sure the vodka is putting a hold on weight loss also. Your body is going to burn the alcohol off first before it works on taking off fat from the body. Try a week without these drinks and just stick to 64 oz. of water and see what happens. Induction does not involve these drinks. Let me know how if goes.

Dusted off the treadmill
I finally did something tonight besides sit and type on the computer and watch TV. I worked out 25 minutes. YEAH!

Not happy
That's what I do when I drink a glass of wine. One bottle of water per one glass of wine. It keeps me at just 2.

I say give it your best try, don't let the worries set in. I have a bunch of people in the house with big metabolisms too.
