I want to feel better and be healthier. Always carried some extra weight but was active and felt healthy. Now, after a few years with a job that keeps me in my office a lot and for long hours I feel unhealthy and old. I struggle to find time for biking and swimming. My job is stressful and I am definitely an emotional eater - food works for every occasion for me!
I love biking and swimming. I walk for exercise too but find it boring unless I have someone to walk with. So, I'm redoing my schedule to make time for those things. I will also pay more attention to what I'm eating so I can get to a healthier weight. Of course I want to lose weight but my primary goal is to feel healthier.
