Today I went TOTALLY TOTALLY off my diet. I am not even going to try and record anything, it will take too long lol. I think I am going to take my measurements tonight. I know it will be a rude awakening for me, but it might be more motivation.
Lastnight, my mom took a picture of me reading J his first book so i could send it to my husband in Iraq and I actually cried. I didnt realize I had let myself go that much... I have to make a change. I cannot let myself continue to look like this or live like this.

I totally smashed the fat smash diet today. It is easy for me when I am at home. But I have been with a lot of friends and family this weekend so I kinda took a turn for the worse. The good news I know I didnt go over my calorie intake for the day, so I dont think I have gained. I am also frustrated that I went and spent $100 on fruits and veggies for myself and explained it was all I could eat and people in the house have eaten everything but the tofu, 1 peach, 1 banana, and 1 orange! Really!!! on yeah they left the brussel sprouts too! sigh

I am SOOO excited about the soup I just made. I made a tomato soup with chucks of mushrooms and zucchini. I added black pepper, fresh garlic, basil, oregano, onion powder and a few pinches of salt. This is DELECIOUS! and actually pretty filling.

My husband deployed to Iraq 10 after the birth of our beautiful son, 03/19/2010. Before I got pregnant I had lost 75lbs, and still dont know how I did it. I wasnt even trying. But unfortunetly, due to being on bed rest for most of the pregnancy I gained most of the weight back. I told myself I woulf loose the weight again and set the goal for the date of my husbands return, 03/2011. I want to surprise him when he comes home, and have a happier healthier me. I mean, if I am fat I cant play with my son the way I want to.
Since my husband has left I have started to control my eating habits. I will do AWESOME for 3 days and then crash. I am an emotional eater so having a newborn, being a newly wed with no husband around, and up rooting my life to be with my family (who really arent the best people to surround myself with) I get upset and I eat and needless to say I dont go for the healthy items. I am hoping since I have actually made a journal entry on a site that I seem to like so far I will stick to it this time.
I hope I can find some support on this site. I dont have any support surrounding me so it makes this even harder!
Is today the first day to the rest of my life? I hope so
