Starting is always the hardest..

I am what you would call the token "Chubby" girl. Chubby sister to two older brothers, chubby friend, chubby wife..need i go on? LOL

I'm 25, born and raised in NSW, Australia

I have always struggled with my weight and by struggle i mean fail miserably. The last time i recall being able to fit into a size 12 (au) was 7yrs ago. It's all down hill from there.

I currently weigh in around the 100kg (220lbs) mark and my goal weight is 75kgs (165lbs)

My husband and i have been trying for a baby for years and obviously my weight plays a big role in our lack of success.

So this is my final stand.... I give myself no second chances and no mercy.

I want this...I need this...

Wish me luck :)

Is there anyone who, like me, can never eat all the calories or weight watcher points?
I also recently discovered a love of yoghurt that i never knew i had!

Although you should watch the sugar content i've found the little tubs are quick and easy and don't overload me like other foods can.. plus they taste yummy!

I know EXACTLY what you mean...

I am rarely hungry and find it really difficult to eat healthy and eat above 1200-1400 calories a day. I just can't fit it in.. I can easily go 2-3 days without food at all and feel fine, i literally forget to eat, my body doesn't tell me i'm hungry very often but i think this is more of a bad thing than a good thing.

I struggle to find ENOUGH healthy food to fit into my body..before i feel physcially ill from too much food.
I could always eat more high calorie bad foods but that wouldn't help me either.

You are not alone...and i wish i had a resolution for you, although i've found i do lose the weight on the weeks when i manage to eat more small meals more often but i find its very difficult to maintain.

Good Luck!

Back Pain & Exercise?
Thank you all so much for the advice! I really appreciate it.
I'm kind of a lone wolf where i'm from and there aren't many people to talk to who have experience and knowledge of what works.

Even the doctor's here are kind of hopeless.

I'm off to the pool from tomorrow i think.
