I'm a 55+ yo single mom who works full time and lives in MD. I live near the water so spring and summers are the most enjoyable times of the year. I have one goal- just to get up and move. Sitting isn’t good and the tv seems to be my only friend. I need to be a better healthier me! Hopefully jump starting it with a meal replacement shake plan, more fruits and veggies, protein snacks and healthy dinners will do the trick, AND AND add in some excercise or activity - walking or elliptical or something. I work in the IT field so i sit most of the day at work.

Good luck to me!! Ready-Set-Go - it's Jan 2022 - lets see what I can do!!
