Were to start? Well I have really been struggling with my weight after pregancy in 1995. I have been on all the fad diets and have done several exercise classes only to lose a little and gain it right back! I had some real sucess in 2006-2007 where I lost 120 lbs thru diet and exercise which was awesome that was my first attempt to get gastric sugery. However, due to my sucess I was not eligible even thou I was still 80lbs overweight! So that was such a let down!! Anyway I ended up pushing my self a little to far on the treadmill and had to have 12 weeks of physical therapy on my hip and then I transfer to a new job in 2009....The job was great but this totaly messed up my routine of going to the YMCA after work everyday. So any way guess what here I am 7 years later and I have regain 90lbs of the 120lbs I lost :(. Last year a few people I know got the sleeve done by Dr. Curry so I got on the Fast Track program my first visit was in 4/14 and I am scheduled to have my surgery 8/11/14 :)

Update it is almost 1 year since my surgery and I am 93lbs lighter feeling good! Still struggle with drinking fluids but I just got to keep at it :) Fell off the counting wagon for a while trying to stick to that too wish me luck!

Zumba
I use to do zumba alot several years ago when I was on my health kick......I was about 215 at that time down from 330. I had the polar heart monitor with the strap and I would burn about 600 to 800 calories a night. Hope this helps.

Advice Please
When I first started it took several weeks to see any real results, but then it just kept coming off.......hope that happens again this time.
