Skewed image of our bodies
Most calculators reccomend a weight loss of 30kg to put me in a healthy weight range. Thanks but no thanks. I'm older, my body has changed and I am aiming to be healthier rather than skinny. I look back at old photos and think"how could I think I was fat???

Calories and exercise
If I set my caloric intake for 1800cal per day, (which is 210 under my recommended,) and then exercise as well, should I be eating more? I don't meet the 1800cal every day. I am usually around 80 - 90%. On the odd day I get to 102-110%. Not sure if I am eating enough????
