I am 45, born and raised in Australia to Maltese parents
Lived in the states now nearly 10 years
I am married 15 years with 3 children, the youngest nearly 12
I love sports but I have been so injured over the years I dont do anything any longer but watch.
I did suffer from anorexia and I guess this will always plague me.
My weight got out of control over the last few years due to an injured hip that took nearly a year to heal and then I tumbled down the stairs,breaking 3 ribs and dislocating same hip. Been two years of hell with depression and stress thrown in but I have turned the corner and I am more determined to face the rest of my life fit and healthy.
So hear I am overweight and feeling old for the first time in my life - I want to feel alive again!

wow - people just don't get that a simple word can turn a good situation into bad
clearly this person is 'not your friend' and jealousy rears its ugly head at the most incredible times
This is why in this community we stick together and go thru the ups and downs with positive thoughts
I hope you can brush it off for the scale says clearly you have lost weight and of course your clothes would show you that too -

Stuck at current weight
looks like you need to shake things up
Whether its a change in your workouts or change you food type I think that might help
so maybe you can look at getting rid of all white foods (yep bread, potatoes ect) or do something different with your workouts - sprints are quick or add some weights
