I am 28 and currently stuck in a rut. I managed to get down to 140 pounds in 2007, but I went back to my nasty habits. This has taken a toll on my overall health and I really just want to be healthy. The foods I eat are not good for me and I have developed a lot of intolerances that end up becoming cravings.
