Didnt do as bad as I thought this weekend. Still lost a pound which puts me at new low. My "Lose 10 pd challenge" is over at midnight. So unless i lose 1.1 pounds before then...lol...I didnt make it but lost 8.9 pounds this month. Not bad!

Well our local Festival is OVER. I did well with food but had too much to drink this weekend. I still managed to stay within my guidelines. I go to the gym soon to weigh and calculate the damage! lol Had a lot of fun yesterday Hula Hooping. But my neck is sore from twirling the dam thing around it! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Hmmm Ok..Didnt do too well today...Started out good but hit a detour..Best thing to do at this point is go to bed and do better tomorrow!
