Good Morning
Working on my breakfast now. Decided to have bacon this morning. YUMMY Its ok ..... I have my food planned for the day and it is balanced. Heading to the gym later to try out my new routine. Having a bit of a time with motivation, it is up and down. Because of that, I find I have to switch things up a bit. Hope everyone has a great day!

Im thinking I need to add to my routine. So, in addition to my regular daily workout, starting tomorrow, I'm going to throw in some classes. I think this will help in two ways:
1)Meet new people as I am painfully shy
2)Up my workout
Monday: Pump and Sculpt
Tuesday: Stretch and Flex
Wednesday: Pump and Sculpt
Thursday: Strength
Friday: Zumba
Saturday: Zumba

Today was a OK day. Didnt end too well. Had a good day eating and exercise wise but when I was at the gym (for the second time today) my "friend" decided to visit me. WTF? I haven't seen my "friend" for 3 months now. Thought I was menopausal! Grrrrr....now dont feel so well. Finished dinner......now to relax. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better. Hope everyone is well.
