Well our local Festival is OVER. I did well with food but had too much to drink this weekend. I still managed to stay within my guidelines. I go to the gym soon to weigh and calculate the damage! lol Had a lot of fun yesterday Hula Hooping. But my neck is sore from twirling the dam thing around it! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
