Kempo P90X
woke up this morning at 5am for Kempo, then drank my protein shake, got the kids ready for school, then for work.

Busy work day....TGIF.

sleeped in this morning
had dad wake up to feed the baby at 4am, so I slept in and did not work out. Usually after I feed the baby I stay up to work out in the living room. I will have to make sure that after I go home from a long day of work, cook, and go over my other two kids homework to work out.

Today is Kempo from P90x. No excuses. Smile
