Today is the last day of my water fast- so far so gud. This is not for weight purposes I repeat "this is not for weight purposes". I shall have a light chicken soup to break the fast and start induction tomorrow.

I'm doing a 3 day water fast for cleansing and detox purposes. Today is day 1.....so far so good. I've jumped out of the kitchen and kept at bay! Lol!! Wednesday would be my last day making Thursday morning the 1st day to have a light meal. I usually break this with a light chicken soup very slowly during the day. I've got 4 kids and this makes it so difficult. But all is well that ends well.

Aaaarrrrhhhhggggg!!! I shouldn't ve had PEANUTS!!!! How do I undo this ???? I feel sooo terrible!! I shouldn't have eaten peanuts!!! What should I do??

how much calories are we to have on induction....i know we aren't to count calories but carbs....i do remember Dr. Atkins saying too little isn't good enough and too much converts to glucose. Did mention a 1600-1800cal per day ?
