Aaaarrrrhhhhggggg!!! I shouldn't ve had PEANUTS!!!! How do I undo this ???? I feel sooo terrible!! I shouldn't have eaten peanuts!!! What should I do??

Nothing! Forgive yourself and move on. We all have days like that. Just stick with the plan and you will be fine. At least it was peanuts and not a giant piece of cake. Progress not perfection.

Thanks soo much Suzi....glad your comment came soon- you are righ. Tomorrow would definitely be a better day it's just that,I've been soo good this week...not weighing till tomorrow then I had peanuts I don't feel so confident anymore. Thinking it might show on the scale- BUT!!! Moving on!! Not going to weigh tomorrow, I'll give myself 3 more day!

As a peanut addict myself, I can sympathize! As Suzi said, nothing to do but forgive and move on. You might try drinking a bit more water today to help flush any excess sodium from your system.

Thanks Sandy- wonder how you cope avoiding the peanuts.....the peanuts were soooo crunchy and freshly made the smell just kept hitting me! Fiercely!!! Lol....I really didn't plan to have them but you know how it gets....I had a full cup!! I hated myself. Thought it wouldn't be soo much harm then I logged my food and BOOM! Sky rocketing!! 2day is a better day! Now I know! I'm armed and ready! Lol
