woot! woot! 229 THIS MORNING. FBS WAS 147. I am getting there. My bs 2 hours after breakfast was 114. Yay Me!
AND.................. I can wear one pants size smaller =)
I walked the mile after my omelet. I feel like I will see the scale move this week....we'll see =)

230lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everytime I have gotten serious about dieting the 230's have been the hardest to get out of. It's always back and forth and back and forth.
More later but for RIGHT now.... LIFE IS GOOD!!! =)
OMG! It gets better and better.
I got my BS 2 hours after breakfast to...(drumroll please)...99!!!!!!!!

I AM STOKED =D
I HAVE BEEN FEELING DEPRESSED THINKING WTH? I AM STAYING ON PLAN TO A T and not having just a whole lot of success. My macros are great. I am in high Ketosis.
I walked the mile today (blister on my toe to prove it =D )
Something good happened today...My rabbit came home after 2 weeks =)
I am going to do this. I wish my dad had these kinds of resources available to him =( I will lick this for the both of us!

Well...I lost a pound =). Doesn't sound like much BUT if I could lose say 3 lbs a week, I would totally be ok with that.
My lunch today was more of the same as yesterday, BUT I changed up the salad a bit. All I can say is......IT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!
