I know this is the right way to eat.
Sometimes the loneliness just creeps in and nags at me =(
I wish I had started eating this way a long time ago.
My bs are GOOD though =). I guess that's what matters the most.

Well clearly a screw up =/. I made the low carb pancakes for breakfast and dinner. Put me at almost 30 net carbs =(. Back to my 2 egg omelets and salad at lunch,DANG DANG DANG.....I FEEL fat(ter) =(
HOWEVER I'm still in high ketosis AND I just checked my bs...freaking 105!!!! =)
I walked 1/2 a mile today. My feet were hurting. I loved being outside and feeling the breeze and the warmth from the sun on my face.
I AM going to do this.
