Blahhhhhhhhhhhhh. Make tuna fish salad for dinner. It's not that I mind it, just wasn't in the mood for it.
I feel like I am starting from square one.
My general aches and pains have been hurting a little more than normal =(

Well, maybe I found the reason the scale hasn't been moving like I want it to. I have been eating pork rinds with vinegar and salt. I see that they have maltodextrose in in them....STARCH= SUGAR!!!!=/
I just threw an unopened bag in the trash!!!!
So I feel like I am starting from square one =/
My lunch today was my small salad some cauliflower soup and 4 cheese crackers

Still feeling down =(
I made some cauliflower, mushroom, garlic, onion, celery soup with butter, sour cream and heavy whipping cream for my lunch tomorrow. I made some cheese chips to go with it and will have a salad.

I can't shake this down feeling =(
My pic shows lunch today. More of the same but added avocado.
I didn't walk today =(.
I don't know what's WRONG with me =(
I'm frustrated the scale isn't moving as fast as I want. Frustrated with my bs not being consistent. I have a low grade migraine =(

I am exhausted today. I walked the mile really briskly. TWO blisters on my feet now. My big toe on the right foot and on the left pinky toe.
I can't explain it, but I feel kinda low and down. I'm not even sure why.
I feel discouraged I guess. I have been doing this a couple of weeks now. I really thought the scale would have moved more =/. BUT when I look in the mirror I do see an improvement. But I guess we shall see. Below is my lunch pic.
I am not giving up or giving in.
