I started off the year weighing in at 310lbs. I have been over 300 lbs since I was 18 years old. I used to play football so it was ok for me to be that big! But fifteen years later I figured it wasn't good for me anymore and seeing I haven't played in fourteen years. So a friend of mine invited me walking with her one day and the rest is history. My ultimate goal is to weigh in at 230lbs. As of May 4, 2010 I weight 268lbs! I love it and I walk 4.5 miles a day, work out three times a week, and now I am watching my calorie intake.
