Rough week. Went way over on Tuesday, compensated for the rest of the week and still got my 1.5 lbs loss. Success to all!

Slow and steady wins the race. I dropped 2 lbs this week. My appetite, at times, seems to be shrinking. So far this month, I'm averaging about 1500 cals per day. The last week I've been in the mid 1400 range. Tonight, I had to eat a granola bar to get my calories up!

Today is weigh in day. I'll record it after I get up. (I work night shift) My belt just went in another notch. (3 so far)
Right now my diet is cruising. I'm averaging about 1600 calories per day and I feel full after my meals. My cravings have been reduced My calories have been lower the last couple of days, because I don't eat if I'm not hungry. This is week 9 and it was near perfect! I'm peppy, able to concentrate, and my creativity is up.
