Here I am at the halfway mark to my goal! I've been able to trim my meals down a little more, without too much difficulty. I find that a little bit of food fills my stomach. I still crave occasionally, but not too bad. I've brought down my monthly average after my vacation splurge. I'm more energetic. my belt has gone in 4 notches (inches) and that's around the navel, not below the belly.
Here are the numbers: 30.5 lbs lost in 16 weeks = 1.9 lbs / wk.
If I maintain this rate, I should reach my goal in the beginning of January. How fitting! The NEW YEAR will ring in a NEW ME!!! ;-)

Today is a challenge. I have a day-time training session so I've had to reschedule my meals and sleep. I managed to get a 2 hour nap at night but I'm definitely gonna be a zombie today. Oh well, it's only for a day, and I've managed to keep some control of the diet!

On vacation for 2 weeks. I tracked my calories as best I could and tried to keep some control, but by the second week I lost control. Still, I kept it around 2500 cals on the bad days and I had a few good days. To my surprise, I still lost 1.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Back on the diet today, with renewed energy and determination.
