Go from 210 to 175 in 53,595 zombie kills!
Raid the fridge of 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours of proteins and healthy carbs. Instead of cooking a large dinner daily, I will be looking at recipes that can be made in large batches and consumed in small amounts over the course of a few days. I will also be changing my shopping habits to accommodate these smaller raids of the fridge.
Work out will mostly be composed of an hour of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training 5 times a week.
The huskier beginning stats: weight 210, chest 41, waist 37.5, hip 44, thigh 25, lower waist 42.5, upper arm 15.
One day down, good start yesterday, 52,804 more zombies to go!
