Doing cross fit after work. The key is having a protein shake before the class so I'm not starving when I drive home. Otherwise I will eat uncontrollably after the class.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
