Today was rough, I started off good, but I had those cramps and I ended up grabbing a handful of nuts, totally not core!! I also had 2 french fries from my fiances dinner and then all hell broke loose. I was eating dinner (a cheeseburger and some whole wheat noodles w olive oil) and we got a call that my fiance's father was admitted to ICU, so we went up there and just got back,so needless to say I am not hungry, my stomach is in knots and it looks to be long night and even longer day tomorrow.

This may sound weird but I have NEVER ever since I can remember stop myself from finishing my plate. I don't heap it on since I have been on ww but I am so proud of myself I made 3 eggs, with broccoli, ff cheese and onions, peppers, ect. I ate until I felt satisfied!!! I figured it out, I am so happy and I am never not hungry, I love core!!!
Yikes I haven't eaten this little in a long time, I am still very satisfied and will not snack on anything else. I am amazed I only ate 952 calories, definitely not something I am used to and still feeling good! I am seriously dying to step on the scale~~~Monday Monday Monday
Well I worked late so I had finished the 94% ff smart pop so my cals were still down but i am much happier with my fat content being low. I should have capatilized and worked out though

Today was great, I was OP all day and the brown rice was delicious~
I was not that hungry mid afternoon as I usually am and I didn't have a snack until 9pm, I did notice my lunches to be my biggest meal, but usually when its salad, I really like core better then flex so far and I feel more satisfied and I am not overeating. It really helps even though I don't have to count points that I am doing that here. Well thats all for now, I will be back tomorrow

Darn it I forgot to journal last night, oh well I am still on core and loving it. I am going to enter my food in now before I forget, I will post more later!!

Today was good, I didn't work so I went a bought a deli chicken and had the breast meat only and just a little piece of the skin. I paired it with some good ol broccoli and fat free cheese, which I have to admit is not bad at all!!! I can tell I was craving something today this is only day two on Core, but I am still happier and not as snackety (is that a word?)lol.
Anyways I stayed on point today and even though I didn't exercise I will tomorrow, and I am going to push for the whole 40 min 3 mile walk. I signed up for the Out of the Darkness walk in September for suicide prevention, makes me feel good knowing there was no way I would even think of walking 1 year ago because I would have been winded. Well I am going to make dinner now but i already entered it in my journal...yummy. I forced myself NOT to weig myself every day so my next weigh in will be on Monday and I am so pysched, hopefully it will be like the Biggest Loser when they cheered every week, I want the surprise factor because when I was on flex I would weigh myself every time I was in the dang bathroom.
