Today was great, I was OP all day and the brown rice was delicious~ I was not that hungry mid afternoon as I usually am and I didn't have a snack until 9pm, I did notice my lunches to be my biggest meal, but usually when its salad, I really like core better then flex so far and I feel more satisfied and I am not overeating. It really helps even though I don't have to count points that I am doing that here. Well thats all for now, I will be back tomorrow
