I am not really on Atkins but I couldn't figure out how to change the diet, I am on an amylose free and basically no carb diet, except in veggies. So far I feel fantastic, I have been on the Met ER 1 week and the provera 7 days and I now take a multi vitamin every day, I saw a 6 lb loss this week which is more then I lost on 4 weeks of weight watchers, which I gained back anyway. I slipped up and smoked last week and this week I am determined not to. I am also going to start working out 30 min a day this week and see if it impacts anything as weel:)

Day 3 , I feel fantastic, a little tired, not sure if it's from Met or No carb but my new favorite snack is red peppers and ranch dressing

First day on Metformin, no side effects yet, was incredibly nervous taking it. Took a multivitamin this morning and tomorrow start provera and 2nd dose of metformin, impossible to NO carb, as some veggies have carbs.
