11.2 pounds to meet my goal-I am down over 5 pounds this week after having had a very bad week last week. I stuck to my points this week and focused more on diet and less on exercise. Once I hit my goal weight, I will kick up the running and weights. Til then, I need to get to where I want to be one step at a time. Someone actually said Im starting to look "skinny"! I have never been skinny. EVER. Weight Watchers is my small group counseling. I cant help but look forward to the meetings because they help to motivate me to keep going. In a few weeks I will hit my goal and not have to pay anymore!!! YEAH! :-)

AUGH!!!! Up 3.4 pounds. I cant say I am surprised...I ate what I wanted and barely exercised. Still a bummer but my own fault. Im not going to lose this weight if I lose control of my eating. Next week is a new week. No one to blame but myself. Darn it!

I am 13.4 pounds away from my goal weight!!!!WHEN did that happen? HA! Seems like on the one hand I have been busting my butt, trying really hard for the past 12 weeks and on the other hand, it has gone by so quickly and I am so glad that I found this website and that I have started on my way to a lifetime of healthy living.
