Today, I will be weighing in. And I know I have gained. I am binging again. I have lost control and I need to get it back!! This is where I go back to bad habits, gain it all back and wonder, in a few months, what happened! NO! I am going to change the cycle, get a grip and get in control of my fricken life!! So even with a gain today, I will not be discouraged. I will hop back on the horse, take the reins and start heading in the right direction again. Any words of encouragement would be helpful. :-(
