40 minutes til weight in ... I just want to pass the 170 threshold! I am so anxious for this, I dont know why. I worked out quite a bit, climbed a local mountain, but also ate a few too many Cheez-its on Sunday! Enough to matter? Who knows. We will see in 39 minutes....

169 169 169...I would be happy with 169 next week!!! Just when I am about to cross a threshold, I blow it. Anyone else experience that?! Very frustrating. I just need to buckle down and get over the hump...I think once I do that, it should be smooth sailing. I have come quite a ways in the past few months so I would have thought it would be easy to drop these last few pounds. Much harder than anticipated. I just have to suck it up and quit making excuses...

Man oh Man, this is tough!! But I am fighting through it...last week I did fairly well and lost more weight than I thought I would...I need to kick it up because I would like to get into the 160's next week! That is easy to say now, but when I am home at night and all those snacks are calling, I get weak! :-) And carrots make me gag!
