I have a weigh in tomorrow and have been faithful about counting points...right up until yesterday when I had probably 8 points more than I should have!! I am going to be very discouraged if my weigh-in goes badly for one bad day. I need to start exercising more, I know that. And I am ready to kick it in! but for now, I am going to munch on small stuff and drink a ton of water today and tomorrow morning and HOPEFULLY I will see a decrease in the scale tomorrow...I was hoping for 2 pounds but now I would be happy with atleast 1 pound lost!!

[size=8]Today was the end of my first full week on Weight Watchers. I need to lose about 30 pounds and I am 4.4 pounds closer to my goal than I was a week ago! I stuck to the point system and never went over. Came in a little under a few days...but thats fine. It was hard and I am nervous about how long I am going to have to work that hard in order to lose all the weight I want to lose. But no one said it was going to be easy. I need to remember to take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time. I need to stop looking forward 2 months and instead live for today...do what I need to do RIGHT NOW. If I do that, then in 2 months I will be where I want to be. I have never loathed water as much as I do now. It is boring and I hate it!!
