Hi my name is Stacy. I am a 34 year old female with a husband and 2 kids. Through high school I was the girl that needed to lose probably 20 pounds. I was never the skinny girls but I never considered myself fat. My mom always was a bigger woman and when I was young I told her I would never get fat like her ( i know thats mean but I was only a teen. Well I had to eat my words. After having my first kid at age 18 i went up to about 190 pounds where I stayed for about 3 years Then I decided it was time to lose weight. Well i did and went down to 128 pounds but during that time I cut out a lot of my fat so I had to have my gallbladder removed. After the surgery I ate more and continued eating more and eventually got all the way to 245 pounds on my short 5'1 frame.I kept that on for quite a few years then about 3 years ago, I decided to do it again and started walking 3 miles a day and doing good. I went from 245 to 160. Well over the last year i have gained about 30 pounds and hover around 190-195. So im trying to get back at me again. Wish me luck!!!
