How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I am retired and will be 68 at the end of this month. I exercise three times a week. My total body routine takes an average of 90 min. I weigh 208lbs and working on a goal of 203lbs.I weigh every morning when I get up. I belong to TOPS and we weigh in every Friday. The support club (TOPS) keeps me focused.
