I am a 38yr old married mother of 3 (7-5-3). As you can imagine with children that young, a girl stays busy!! We live in St Louis,Mo where I am working as an R.N. Consultant. Our lives seem so busy, busy, busy. It has been my #1 goal to try to get us all to slow down a bit, relax and enjoy life and each other. As a "health care" professional, sometimes I feel a little guilty about not being all that healthy when Im encouraging others to do so. I am on my quest to lose this weight once and for all and get healthy, sort of practice what I preach. Of course I want to feel better, but it wont hurt to look better either. For once, I would love to put on my swim suit without all the drama and paranoia of feeling like I look too fat, too this or too that or pull something out of the closet w/o stress. I chose weight watchers because it will allow me to cook for myself and my family w/o too much fuss and healthier choices will benefit them as well. So, here goes one more try.....to put myself back on the road to being healthy and looking great and trying to regain control of my ridiculous eating habbits! I dont think I mentioned my sweet tooth and coffee problem, oh wow..those would be my own personal food groups :) Hopefully with encouragement and the mind to want to change I will get it done.
