Discovered that getting out of routine on a day off of work threw my eating habits out the window. Lack of preparing ruined my day. So disappointed in myself that I could not log my meals for the day. It wasn't over the top horrible, but it wasn't what I envisioned. I stayed within my calorie goal, however, it was the worst possible foods to eat. Today is a new day.

1086 kcal Fat: 43.03g | Prot: 50.70g | Carb: 112.61g.   Breakfast: Silk Almond Milk, Coffee, Arbonne. Lunch: Tuna Salad, strawberries. Dinner: Zucchini, Red Bell Peppers, chopped carrots, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: TLC Pita Crisps - Original 7 Grain with Sea Salt, Little Debbie Nutty Buddy, banana. more...
