I have been away for far too long. The good news is that I have landed a new job, and have relocated. The bad news is my lifestyle has not improved, as it relates to my diet. I'm back, and looking to get healthy once and for all.

It was a beautiful, fall type day. Went for our 2 mile walk. We saw, meaning me and my dog, three deer and a squirrel on today's adventure.

Another great day for a walk. Took the dog and walked our usual 2 miles. We stopped, briefly, two times. Had to check out the neighborhood dogs, you know?

My dog and I went for our 2mile walk today. The pace has increased from 2 to 3 miles per hour. We can now finish our 2 mile walk in 40 minutes.
