Yawning during workout
thank you both..
As ArchSanton told, I guess I'm having iron deficiency.. I'll check with the physician and then follow accordingly.
I'm having enough sleep and having small small meals throughout the day..
Few months back, I was regularly doing LS walk and I didn't have this problem. May be as sarajones told, I've to do my exercise in smaller chunks to increase my stamina and to stay fit..

Yawning during workout
Hi..
I'm feeling very tired to work out.. if I start walking at home, after 5 mins I yawn.. and then the whole day I used to yawn a lot.. even at office, though I am not sleep, I yawn and I feel embarrassed in front of everyone.
Please let me know why this is happening and how to avoid this..
