Yay! If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it. After I totally blew it last week it turns out I still lost three pounds this week. Now that I know how it effects me I think Pizza and REAL Beer (not that light crap) will be a once a month treat for doing well on my diet.

Lost one pound this week. If this trend continues it will be living proof that I need to start exercising. :-P

Well I certainly did blow it today! I'll tell you what: Pinnacle Whip Cream flavored vodka should be illegal LOL! That stuff is sugar, sugar, and more sugar. Sure is good though. Anyway I'm not that worried. I've been in Ketosis so long prior to today that it isn't like my liver and body tissues are going to become saturated with glycogen after a couple "Hard Root Beer floats".

Now that I've had my fun I just need to get back on track.

Wewt! Another three pounds down this week! Weight loss isn't progressing as rapidly as it was in the beginning but I think I know why: I haven't started exercising like I'm supposed to.

WOOHOO!!! Another 4lbs down this week! Charging right along. Hopefully next time I weigh in I'll have broken the 230lb barrier. I was a little down on myself on Sunday when it looked like I had only lost one pound. Of course this is why it is important to have ONE official weigh in day wherein I weigh myself at the same time of the day (right after getting up). People say, "Aww that is just water weight cause you wake up dehydrated!" ...mmm yes that's kinda the point. I only want to weigh the solid parts of my body that I can't just pee away. LOL.

lost so far: 9.0 lb

still to go: 40.0 lb
